Adults are not required to take lessons before going to DMV for their road test.  They do need to take a completed CSMA-19 form proving they have practiced key component.

**COVID 19**
DMV IS OFFERING LIMITIED ROAD TEST APPOINTMENTS DUE TO COVID-19.  
WE OFFER 2 OPTIONS FOR ADULTS:
1.  PRACTICE SESSIONS TO PREPARE FOR A DMV ROAD TEST APPOINTMENT.  THESE ARE DESIGNED BY STUDENT NEEDS.
2. ROAD TEST WAIVER OPTION:  STUDENT MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF PASSING THE CLASSROOM PORTION OF DRIVER'S EDUCATION. THE STUDENT WILL COMPLETE THE 7 DAY PROGRAM OF 50 MINUTE LESSONS THAT IS REQUIRED FOR TEENS.  UPON SUCESSFUL COMPLETION, THE STUDENT WILL BE GIVEN THE "ROAD TEST WAIVER FORM" TO SUBMIT TO DMV WITH AN APPLICATION.  DMV WILL SEND THE DRIVER'S LICENSE DIRECTLY TO THE ADULT.
